Baseline before the intervention

Every programme begins with baseline data: household profiles, income sources, access to basic services and how residents see the programme that is about to run. This baseline becomes the reference point at evaluation.

Agreed indicators

We write the indicators together with the company, the village government and resident representatives. Indicators that were never agreed up front almost always become the dispute at the end.

SROI valuation

We calculate Social Return on Investment with open assumptions. Every value proxy, data source and calculation period is stated so readers can judge the reasonableness themselves.

Audit-ready reporting

The final report contains the methodology, its limitations and data appendices. The format can be adapted for PROPER, sustainability reporting or international donor requirements.
